2. What is Fanzi?

Fanzi is an interactive platform where, during the 2026 World Cup, users can anonymously vote per match on which country they support. Based on these votes, we display a world map and a ranking of the most supported countries. Fanzi is intended for entertainment and community purposes. No account or registration is required to vote.

3. Voting

• Voting is anonymous. We do not require you to create an account or log in.
• One vote per match per person. Attempting to vote multiple times for the same match to manipulate results (e.g. via bots, scripts, or clearing cookies) is not allowed.
• Fanzi is intended for general audiences. If you are under 16, please use Fanzi with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Email updates

If you choose to provide your email address to receive updates from Fanzi, we will only use it for that purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us at fanzi.ai@hotmail.com.

5. Use of the service

You agree not to use Fanzi to:

• vote in an automated way (bots, scripts) or otherwise manipulate the voting system;
• post offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or otherwise unlawful comments or content;
• disrupt the service, hack it, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or other users' data;
• use the service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to remove content or block access that violates these terms.

6. Content you post

When voting, you can optionally leave a comment (max. 80 characters). By posting a comment, you grant Fanzi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to display this content within the service (for example on the world map or in the comment list). You remain responsible for the content of your comments.

7. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, texts, designs and source code of Fanzi are owned by Fanzi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, distribute or modify them without our prior written consent.

8. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Fanzi you agree to this processing as described therein.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Fanzi available as much as possible, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly during peak moments such as live matches. We may modify, expand or discontinue the service, its features, or these terms at any time.

10. Liability

Fanzi is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Fanzi is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved amicably; if that is not possible, the competent court in the Netherlands has jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may amend these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
